We're a Queensland-headquartered security integrator with offices across QLD, NSW and the ACT, and 25 years in the industry. You'll work across Gallagher, Avigilon, Integriti and Jacques platforms — on real enterprise-grade projects for government agencies, commercial buildings and critical infrastructure.
Unlike larger contractors, you won't be handed a cable reel and left to it. Our technicians are involved from design through to commissioning and maintenance. You'll understand why every system is built the way it is — because you helped build it.
We support ongoing training and vendor certification, and we promote from within. Most of our senior technicians and project leads started on the tools.

Security Technician — Field
Install, commission and maintain access control, CCTV, intercom and alarm systems on commercial and government sites across SEQ. Working alongside experienced senior technicians on Gallagher and Avigilon platforms.
Senior Security Technician
Lead installation and commissioning of complex multi-discipline security systems. Gallagher or Avigilon certification required. Mentoring of junior technicians expected. Some project coordination involved.
Systems Engineer — Security
Design access control, CCTV and security networking solutions for mid-to-large commercial and government projects. Produce cable schedules, PoE budgets, device layouts and equipment specifications. Strong Gallagher and/or Avigilon background required. Networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, PoE standards) essential.
Project Manager — Security
Manage delivery of security installation projects from design sign-off through to client handover. Coordinating technician schedules, subcontractors, head contractors and client stakeholders. Background in security or building services trades preferred. MS Project or equivalent experience required.
Service Technician — Maintenance
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and fault response visits on access control, CCTV, intercom and alarm systems across the Securcom maintenance client base. You'll need strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently on a van run across SEQ.

What we look for.
For all technical roles, as a baseline.
Essential
- Current security licence valid in your state (QLD Security Providers licence, NSW or ACT equivalent) or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's licence — clean record
- Ability to obtain Blue Card where client sites require it
- Ability to pass baseline security clearance for government site access
- Physically capable of working at heights and in confined spaces
Valued
- Gallagher or Avigilon installer/integrator certification
- Experience with IP networking — VLANs, PoE, switching
- Structured cabling installation experience
- Experience reading and producing as-built documentation
- EWP or working-at-heights ticket
